Moose Jaw Public Library is excited to offer curbside pickup! Request specific items, or tell us your favorite genres or authors and library staff will select materials for you to enjoy at home. Curbside pickup frequently asked questions.

Step 1: Request your items using any of the following methods:

·        Place a hold online in the catalogue 

(after you have been that notified your holds have arrived, contact the Library to arrange pickup)

Step 2: Once you have been notified that your holds have arrived, we require 30 minutes notice to prepare them for you. If you want us to choose items for you, we will contact you as soon as your items are ready for pickup, usually within 24 hours. At that time, we can choose the time that works best for you.

Step 3: Pick up your items! Pick up your items outside at the Loading Dock (garage-type-door) on the North side of the building.   Please have your Library card available for staff to see. If the Loading Dock is not a viable option for you, staff will place the items in your vehicle.

Step 4: Enjoy! You can return them in our book drop. Hold onto your items if you aren’t feeling well. Don’t worry, there will be no overdue fines.
